Weird Tales

Most of Long Island is now developed into strip malls and Lego-style mini-mansions, it was not that long ago that Suffolk County was mostly farms and open land. People say that terrible things existed in times of old, that as late as the 1950s creatures out of space and time roamed free. People still tell stories of human-bear hybrids, godless creatures. Younger folks laugh at these tales--until now.

The local newspaper just published photos, the only ones of their kind known to be in existence, found during the demolition of an old barn out here in Suffolk County. You can see the fierce, cruel look in the beast's eyes. This appears to be a particularly vicious specimen of the now-lost race of Bear Babies.
