At the Brookhaven Fair

So, not enough time for posts lately! We've been busy with this and that, and I've forgotten to bring the camera to a couple of places, but Besnik is still here! At the pediatrician yesterday he weighed in at 23lb 8oz, and stands 29.5 inches tall. Bigger, stronger, faster, more agile with each passing day. Not necessarily the bravest little boy all the time, as the pictures below show...

Two Saturdays ago we went to the Brookhaven Fair--rides, games, food, magic shows, pig races, everything! Here are some pics from the big animal tent:

We weren't sure what to make of the giraffes...they were much larger in real life than we expected. We didn't get too close. I think this was taken in front of a few goats. It always pays to be cautious; I reminded Besnik that Xhaxha Joey once had a run-in with some goats. (I think it was goats). Father, aware of that, trains a watchful eye on the he-goat.
A well-balanced meal for a 9 month old inclues fried dough covered in sugar.
Are they twins? Not the most flattering picture, but the purpose of this blog is to report events as they actually happened. I think Xhaxha Joey also had a run-in with a llama once, too.

Well, the story goes like this: the large herd of goats at Kings Castle Land took it upon themselves to change Xhaxhi's diaper...keeping in mind that he was four at the time and had been out of diapers for years. It was most unsettling. The Llama incident involved Teta Hen I think. It's good to see the Boy eating nutritious food. In fact, it's good to see the Boy. Thought maybe you returned him for the full refund since there were no posts lately and I believe you can do that before the first year is up. Also wise to use caution around Giraffes!!! Common knowledge.

He's right to caution you Besnik, goats and llamas are dangerous :/
