Travelin' Boy

As mentioned in a previous post, Besnik and Momma took a surprise trip to MA a couple weeks ago but we haven't had time to update our blog readers about it! While Besnik is still sleeping really well at night while teething (2 now!)-- he has been very demanding of Momma's time during daytime naps. And, when not in bed, Besnik is *constantly* on the move (as most of our blog readers have seen) so there is very little time left over to quietly sit and compose blog posts! Alas, he (and Father) are napping now so I will quickly post about that visit!

Besnik was overjoyed when Nana picked us up at the Waterford, CT Metro North train station -- Momma was also overjoyed to see Nana as there had been quite a bit of baby-crazy people interactions on the train that I was ready to get away from : ) Anyway, Besnik was also very happy to see the rest of the O'Leary family and then the Weymouth Tochkas later that night. He showed off his walking (as posted about earlier), figured out how to control the bigscreen TV, tried to befriend the new cats, and played outside quite a bit. He also enjoyed a visit to Uncle Richard's new apartment and a trip to the Penniman Farm petting zoo with Teta Annie (even though the animals were MIA with the exception of a *terrifying* turkey.)

It was a quick, but fun trip. We posted the pictures of Besnik's new shoes earlier, but here are some additional pictures from the visit, courtesy of Nana.... unfortunately there aren't any of the Man with Papa!
