Here are a few 'family portrait' shots from the other day...

No one (besides KA) seems to have gotten the memo that this is a posed shot. Eva has puffed up her feathers, and is about to make a move to visit Bori, Bori senses this and is in escape mode, and Besnik is staring at a light bulb. Very difficult subjects.

Eva the Lovebird is getting into her egg-laying mode and spending quite a bit of time preparing nesting materials. (No nest yet, though the Birds' room is covered in snippets of newspaper. She also is trying to get in as much toy playing as possible). Bori isn't sure what to do; he is "working" with some nesting material, too. Very confused male parrotlet.

spouse you look beautiful! your son looks more like you now. I was beginning to have my doubts about who the mother really was...
the child and animals look great in the second photo. it looks a little like besnik is posing for one of those old timey photos where everyone looks so serious.
why thank you, spouse! I was also beginning to wonder about my connection to the small one. And, yes, besnik does the serious old timey picture pose very well :)
