Have we mentioned Besnik's new book addiction? Every time we leave the house, he begs and pleads to take a look at the street book vendors -- and usually isn't happy until he has chosen one to take home. The main problem here is that there are street vendors on just about every corner and, just en route to the main street from our apartment building, we pass a big one with about 4 racks of children's books. Alas, his book collection has been growing but at 100Leke (roughly $1.50) a pop, we're not sure how long the grant money will last us! But how do you say "no" to a small man who just wants to read?!?
