Ethno Research Trip!
We went to Bucharest Restaurant on Saturday night with our friend composer-clarinetist-ethnomusicologist (!) Bogdan! It was a nice big group of ethnoids and ethno-friendly folks; Bogdan termed it an "ethno research trip." (All photos from Bogdan.)
We had reservations at 9pm, so Besnik took a cat-nap after about an hour and a half or so. Unfortunately, the belly dancer made it to our table during the nap:
Music was good! Synthesizer, singer, and clarinetist. Besnik spent the entire time (well, when he was awake) looking at the singer and the lights and "singing" (well, vocalizing by opening his mouth and squealing). Here is a picture of him down on the dance floor:
Leaving! We left at about 1:30 am or so...Besnik was out like a light on the way back. Spent most of yesterday napping after all the dancing and singing! Here is a pic of us with Aunt Sarah (note that Bucharest Restaurant is a "European Restaurant" on the placard in the background!):

Yeah, hair is gone. The doctors weighed it after they cut it off--almost 2 pounds!
